Floseal Clog Printing
Given our success with previous difficult challenges, we needed to dig deep to overcome the problems associated with this latest request. Could we digitally print onto a pair of ready-made clogs? Technically we shouldn't have even accepted the challenge, as the digital devices need to have a flat surface presented to the print heads in order to be able to achieve anything resembling a result.
However, our experienced team created a solution to the problem using our in-house jig fabrication services and pretty soon were seeing the results of their efforts. By making a clever jig which not only registered the shoes, but compressed the toe-puff flat so as to render it capable of being printed digitally, they were able to solve one of the most unlikely requests. The below shot shows the end result, which delighted the client!
