Above: A highly technical assembly for a waterproof membrane key switch which is manufactured at our Wiltshire production plant. The graphic is sub-surface screen printed before being embossed and then selectively adhesed and built up through several layers to include for the tactile clik-domes which are inserted under the embossed button areas. The final assembly is completed and then electronically tested for satisfactory performance and connectivity.
