Digitally produced, and hand taped for a super finish! We make our banners from re-inforced PVC, with a strong white appearance for cracking results. Once we have imaged the client's file through our Mutoh wide format ink-jet we make sure it is correctly printed and all in order before we begin the finishing process. In this instance, the banner measured 3050 x 900mm and was able to be taped, as opposed to stitching, before being eyeletted around the outer edges to allow for hanging.
This simple banner was imaged in solid colours directly from the client's artwork file which had already been pre-flight checked to ensure that there were no nasty surprises hidden inside the digital data. There is nothing worse than seeing a perfectly printed banner imaging through and having almost completed on the print cycle, when suddenly a rogue character or insert command appears in the middle of the background or somewhere obvious, spoiling what was up until then, a perfect job!
Once this banner was inspected, it would have been rolled up onto a cardboard tube for final despatch to be effected. Another successful banner making it's way onto the circuit, having been produced without fuss at the Maidenhead production plant.
