Working closely with the client, we have been able to produce this stylish packaging sleeve time and time again. With our expertise in printing onto plastics being put to good use, this colourful packaging sleeve carries some four colours, carefully printed to achieve the right balance of opacity and translucency too. Needing to be strong enough to block out the view from the other side when standing on the shelf, the inks we mix need to be capable of accurately portraying the client's colour scheme, yet be sufficiently strong so as to hold their own.
With a high degree of transparency involved, printing solid areas of colour is never going to be easy, especially onto a rigid PVC which attracts dust and airborne particles like crazy. Given that we have the time to produce the job we can come up with a stunning result, and it's one that clearly works, as our sales figures would testify to. |

Printing some 4000 sheets of box grade PVC at a time, spreading the material over two or three different product types as required, we turn the clear film into a bright attractive and eye catching packaging sleeve that moves product off of the retail shelf.
Not only is this sleeve screen printed, but it is hot foil stamped too, using a bright mirror finish silver foil. This attention to detail makes the pack a real looker!
Once it has been decorated, we then die-cut the sheets into single pieces, taking care not to scratch or mark the sheets (lot's of interleaving paper used here!), before they are carefully hand assembled into the finished packaging sleeve, containing the bottled product.
