A quantity of 150 off oversize corrugated cartons have been digitally printed (direct to the material) and cut out to final size on our Zund 1600XL. Due to the enlarged carton size and the need to obtain just a small run of 150 cartons, the best method of manufacture was agreed to be "print direct" on one of our 22UV hybrid print tables. Using a stock sheet size of 2150mm x 1600mm we created a one piece construction that didn't call for any gluing to assist in the assembly. The end result was a huge carton which had been digitally printed in full colour and converted to final size without any tooling necessary.
