Above: A cleverly constructed polypropylene holster manufactured from 500um thickness white Opaline sheet stock. Completely cut using a digital knife system for accuracy and efficiency. No tooling was needed for this part, and there were over 500 units produced. Size wise it was approximately 110mm long by approx 30mm wide.
