Maidenhead Plant - Factory opening hours for receiving deliveries & personal collection of completed orders

Our Goods Inwards does not officially close for lunch, but at peak times, palletted loads may not be unloaded immediately, subject to a licensed fork truck operator being available to assist you. Goods inwards can be found on the right hand side of the first leg of our building, identifiable by the large red sliding doors. Please ring the door bell (on the left hand side of the doorway) for assistance.

Our Office opening times are officially 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Fridays. You may however find that the office is manned outside of these hours, subject to staff availability. After closing, our telephone service is switched over to "Night Mode" with full message answering facilities for your convenience.

Please note that Saturday hours are subject to staff availability - please telephone 01628 773630 before travelling to avoid disappointment. Our estate is now gated for security purposes, and occasionally on weekends, the gate may be locked before the stated time of 12.00pm. If you do arrive to find that the gate is locked, please try calling the number showing above, you may be lucky!
