Above: Image courtesy of Steinberg Media Part of a 1500 batch manufacture using our Fusion Graphic process to create a hard wearing polycarbonate skin for the top layer of the sound mixing desk. This was produced with various ink layers and selective lacquers. To achieve a tinted window through which an LCD display was viewed, an area was coated with an anti-glare layer to help improve visibility. All of the finishing was handled digitally, and accuracy was within 0.003" when the final assembly was completed.
