Stars, lots of stars, in fact, a MILLION red stars needed to be produced for a pharmaceutical campaign. We were asked whether we could bring together the know-how to make this idea work. What the client wanted was a sheet of 100 little red stars, each star being only 8.0mm in diameter across it's five points. These tiny red stars were to be supplied in sheet form, so that they could be peeled off easily and applied onto the necessary patients chart to monitor progress etc.
We were able to offer a fast solution, with a superb result! Using etched magnetic tooling we converted many linear metres of pillar box red self-adhesive paper into perfectly cut and stripped sheets of 100 stars. In total there were 10,000 sets of stars required (yet another magical million quantity!). Our chosen method of manufacture meant that the sheets were supplied in reels of 250 sets, each with a perforating rule between them for easy separation.
The clients were delighted with the job, and we were pleased to be able to resolve their dilema for them so quickly. We are now able to offer any client wishing to manufacture little five pointed stars a super fast turnaround on this item, as the tooling is now in place and is fully proven! You can have any colour you choose, as we will happily tint up stock to suit your requirements.
