To make a small quantity of bespoke full colour presentation boxes is sometimes the sort of job that has people running scared. Not so with Evans Graphics - we relish the opportunity to get stuck into creating a unique offering that is really eye-catching and hits the nail squarely on the head! This was exactly what we had to do for the agency when we were asked to assist in putting together a small quantity of high quality presentation boxes, capable of holding a myraid of tailored products inside.
Taking a humble piece of e-flute corrugated board we set off to bring about a presentation box that would not only look good, but also fulfil the original brief to a very high standard. Knowing that the inner tray was going to be supporting a selection of articles that were as diverse as a polo shirt and a pair of fashionable sun-glasses, we needed to make sure that the contents were going to be presented correctly. We constructed an inner tray that had both retaining fingers and little pockets; this method helped ensure that the contents were not spilling out in a jumble when the box was being opened.
Using the latest digital print process throughout, combined with lamination and mounting techniques that we have mastered over the years, we produced full colour coverings that were successfully mounted onto all faces of the corrugated board. Using one of our highly accurate Zund cutting tables we were able to profile the boxes out in complete print to cut register, thereby giving the illusion of a much larger print & platen cut run.
Small button magnets were used to retain the front tuck-in cover flap, and this added to the overall quality feel that the end client was endeavouring to achieve on the boxes. All that was left to do now was to print and profile a complete set of bespoke vinyl graphics for application directly onto the miniature model mini cars that were part of the overall package. No problem for us, as our range of modern equipment can produce graphics as small as you like, right up to the very biggest size you can dream of; it's all in a day's work as Evans Graphics!
