Above: Our 2412 Preco press in full operational mode die-cutting a continuous reel stock order into individual blocks of kiss-cut word characters. This job involved running reels of material through our press, using the camera recognition capabilities of the vision system to optically register the printed media on all three axis X,Y & Theta. Achieving a mean average of 25 impressions per minute (x 4 images being stamped) meant we were able to cut some 5000 - 6000 parts per hour. Run speed is always dependant upon many variables, and needs to be thoroughly discussed before basing any deadlines on an un-confirmed throughput figure. We offer trade finishing on this amazing piece of equipment, ring for details. |
