Above: A finished packaging sleeve that holds a small bottle of Somersets™ shaving oil. Screen printed onto a 240um thickness box making grade of PVC, using hi-gloss UV cured inks throughout. The packaging is also hot foil stamped with a bright mirror finish foil for the Somersets™ logo before being stamped out to final size. Following the die-cut conversion, the part is then hand worked into an oval sleeve before being glued down the long edge and capped with moulded seals at both the top and bottom ends. Part of a run that normally yields some 90,000 to 100,000 finished articles when finally completed and packed.
