Above: Using 800um white polypropylene, this design was litho printed using CMYK plus a UV lacquer. In total there were 5000 folders printed, die-cut and made up for despatch. Within 8 months the order repeated and there were 5000 off more being produced and despatched around the UK. The case was an oversize A4 with 23mm capacity, and closed with a pair of velcro fasteners underneath the main flap.
