Internal Sales/Estimator
You should be an energetic, result orientated and a super keen individual who thrives in a sometimes-fast-moving environment.
Ideally you should have a detailed understanding and knowledge of either Screen print or large format digital print. Both would be amazing! Full training and support will be given to the right candidate.
Be able to develop new business from existing clients using your knowledge, personality and communication skills.
Be able to present estimates using agreed production routes, pricing & selling rates whilst optimising healthy returns for the company.
Be comfortable dealing with outsourcing and sub-contractors.
Be proactive in generating sales from new enquiries.
Ideally you have previous experience dealing directly with customers either on the phone or face-to-face.
You are someone who is loyal and looking for a long-standing career.
You like working as part of a team but you still take full responsibility of your own results.
You will need to be computer literate and be comfortable using Outlook, Office 365, Word and Excel.
You will be able to maintain accurate documentation, which is accessible to your team colleagues.
You are keen to learn new skills and develop and grow as an individual.
You will be someone who is smart in appearance with excellent person to person skills.
Salary will be dependent upon level of relevant experience.
Experienced Screen Print Technician
To add to our team, we currently require an experienced screen printer who can primarily run hand benches but also on occasions when the need arises have the skill set to run our Svecia semi-automatic machine.
A strong background knowledge of industrial overlay materials, inks and drying temperatures would be preferred.
The candidate should be someone who not only takes great pride & seeks perfection in their work but is production minded, reliable and self-motivated.
The successful candidate will also be keen to learn new skills within our other production departments and above all be a team player.
Salary will be dependent upon level of relevant experience.
