DiBond™ Digital Printing
An Aluminium Composite with a polyethylene core
DiBond is a 3-ply aluminium composite consisting of a polyethylene core sandwiched between two metal skins.
It's a lightweight, rigid substrate we can easily fabricate into folded trays, signs, displays, and more.
Shaping DiBond is something Evans Graphics are well versed in. Our experienced team can easily produce partitions or feature displays folded to your desired shape, compromising on neither design nor material.
Primarily used in shop-fitting projects for cladding and fascias, DiBond's super smooth surface is highly receptive to receiving both screen and digital ink alike. Its durability and weatherproof qualities meanwhile make it an obvious choice for long term interior design and external design projects combined. DiBond signs also rival those made of Acrylic, Foamex, and Tyvek.
This Aluminium Composite Material is highly stable, allowing for routing and folding. It can also be sawn, drilled, screwed, and glued. The substrate itself creates an extremely flat surface ideal for digital printing.
Truly one of the most versatile materials on the market, it's a great solution for all kinds of projects, including those with 3D requirements.
