Our digital production team can create quite literally any shape of magnetic vinyl display you can dream of, in a range of sizes.
We take an outline plot file of your desired shape, and send it through one of our three incredibly accurate computer controlled cutting tables. This allows us to quickly and efficiently produce your order without waiting for costly knife tooling to be made. Laminates can also be applied for specialist finishes like texture or matt effect.

Magnetic vinyl is often used for temporary vehicle livery but is equally suited to both indoor and outdoor displays as well as exhibitions, general signage and temporary COVID 19 applications, given it can be easily applied and removed.
Evans Graphics can achieve photo quality while printing on to magnetic vinyl due to our investment in the latest large format digital printers. We also have large flatbed cutters and routers which means we can shape your magnetic vinyl to just about any complex shape you require.
We can print direct to the magnetic sheet straight from your print ready artwork but, if you require support, our dedicated design department will be happy to help.
Typically, we will use our Longier FR1 print engine when printing on magnetic vinyl. This machine is equally at home with both short runs and large volume production.
